Dear Readers:

As the summer of 2004 winds down, it's time to thank you for another enjoyable and successful season of Summertime in the Belgrades. Your endorsement of this unique, interesting and informative publication is one of the reasons we continue to be unique, interesting and informative — and growing.

During the season of 2004 we added four more pages to Summertime in the Belgrades, got our excellent website up and running, added e-mail to our communication options, and increased our distribution coverage.

For all of these accomplishments, we thank our advertisers for their continual and enthusiastic support, our very capable columnists for enhancing our editorial content with their areas of expertise, and our staff for always going that extra mile — figuratively and literally.

But back to you, our readers. It is very rewarding to see Summertime in the Belgrades being picked up so eagerly and read so thoroughly. We appreciate all the compliments, the news tips, and even the corrections. We enjoy your input and your ideas and running into you at the many wonderful events around the region. And we look forward to the season of 2005 with you.

Until then, have a great fall and winter in the Belgrades and beyond. . . .

Erle, Esther, Mike, Greg and all the staff!
